Todd Miller
With nearly 25 years of technology experience, working with companies in the top echelon of their industries, Todd Miller is prepared to provide the expertise of a senior leader, helping you optimize the performance of your organization and produce high-quality products. Todd began his technology career in 2000 at Avid Technology, an industry-leading media technology company that has been honored with Grammys, Emmys, and Oscars. He honed his testing skills and learned the Agile methodology alongside some of the brightest minds in the tech industry, rising to Principal Test Engineer by the end of his 10-year stint with the company. After his time at Avid, Todd joined a communications company, One Call Now, where he learned test automation (C#, Microsoft Coded UI), became a certified Scrum Master, led the company’s transition from Waterfall to Agile, and managed the QA team. Next, Todd joined Harley-Davidson, where he managed a larger QA team, gained more automation experience (VBScript, UFT), learned performance testing (LoadRunner, JMeter), and created a web application to streamline HP ALM database searches. Todd spent the next seven years with PNC Bank. As a senior manager at PNC, he led a team of nearly fifty Quality Engineers in the Commercial & Institutional Banking organization. This position gave him the opportunity to expand his skill set, including gaining experience with Selenium and Java, and earning the "Leading SAFe" certification. In his last three years at PNC, Todd was chosen to lead the newly-centralized Performance Engineering team, a group of over fifty performance testers. Most recently, Todd was a senior manager at MRI Software where he drove a variety of improvement initiatives, such as automating tests with Microsoft Playwright and integrating AI into testing workflows.
